The Sailor's Ale cocktail was created over the holidays when we were mixing drinks at a party and ran out of sparkling water. We added a splash of dark beer in place of the sparkling water resulting in a delicious, rich, and slightly sparkling version of a dark and stormy. The contrast of colors is also worth noting and makes for a handsome looking drink.
