My grandfather's 84th birthday was this week and this is the candy we make for him every year. At Christmas, you can make a peppermint marshmellow, and use dark chocolate for a special yuletide treat. You will want to splurge on a good quality chocolate and melt it slowly over a double boiler....it's worth the extra time. My microwave has too many watts to melt the chocolate slowly.
