I love having roasted garlic around the house all the time. I often buy a large bag of peeled fresh garlic and roast it in the oven. Eat a bunch, and freeze the rest in small bags to use in everything. This garlic is great warm out of the oven on veggies, meat, or crusty bread. Yum.
