When my refrigerator quit, I was most upset about loosing my jar of black truffle sauce (salsa tartufi) from our trip to Italy. When I was in NYC last week, I was able to visit Eataly and sooo happy to see a version of the truffle sauce! If you aren't lucky enough to have a jar in your refrigerator, then you can substitute some browned baby portabellos diced and sauteed in black truffle oil.
