This is recipe is inspired by Alison Roman’s Creamy Cauliflower Pasta. I added my own twist by incorporating browned scallions, mushrooms and substituted coconut milk for cream. The addition of garlic lemon sauce (optional but delicious) adds another layer of flavor.
