Radicchio flatbread

The curse of "writer's block" had me nearly going mad, so I made a dash to whole foods to pick up the prettiest vegetable I hadn't used in a while. MMmm.. spring Radicchio! Back at home I channeled my frustrated shortage of academic inspiration by kneading some (gluten free) pizza dough. Viola - Caramelized onion and Radicchio flat bread with parsley and a honey drizzle.
