Here is my first recipe contribution to Food 52. You will find this to be a well balanced dish - sweet, spicy, and full. I love it and I hope you do too! <br /> <br />The total time is probably close to 2 hours so take an afternoon to enjoy the kitchen and make the whole recipe so you have tons of leftovers!
