Protein packed mexican bowl
This bowl is packed with protein, it has 22 grams of protein per bowl! I've tried countless burrito bowls and Mexican bowls but none of them hit the spot so I decided to make a recipe of my own. I've made it a superfood protein power bowl, full of vitamins and minerals (which I talk about on my blog)
