A wonderful, toothsome, savory Potato Pierogi with the wonderful addition of earthy mushrooms and sweet caramelized onions all wrapped up in a soft and chewy sour cream or Greek yogurt dough has been a favorite of ours for as long as I can remember. A tad time consuming but so worth it! Everyone loves this vegetarian treat!
