Potato mash with saffron, clementine juice and carrot - purée de pommes de terre au safran, carottes et jus de mandarine

I love revisited cooking, a touch of new tastes that make old standard dishes taste just a little different. This is my favorite version of potato mash, a little saffron, bits of carrots here and there and a touch of mandarin juice to freshen it up. I like to serve this mash potato recipe with the Boeuf Bourguignon that I posted.
