pear and montasio tartlets

I developed this recipe for a contest and was required to use Montasio, an imported Italian cheese. Since then, it's become one of my favorite cheeses. Milder than Parmigiano- Reggiano, with a slightly sweet/spiciness. This recipe looks pretty and special, but is really very easy. I love the combination of the sweet pears and the savory cheese in one little bite.
