Peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat ice cream
I don't like messing with good things, so when I think PB&J, I think of the sandwich. Now I put it in ice cream! The only important question: how do you like your crusts? The base is adapted from Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream. It has crunchy toast in every bite!
