peach and goat cheese tart with rosemary cornmeal crust

I really dislike using a rolling pin - it never ends well for me and I hate cleaning the counter afterward - but I saw this dough cutting idea in Real Simple and am totally a convert. Super fruity desserts have never been my thing, so the rosemary and goat cheese in this tart keep things from getting too sweet. The crust is adapted from a pot pie topping in Food and Wine. - VanessaS
