This drink is made with Sake and lychees with a drop of Cranberry juice to give it a pink colour.
<br />Sake is a rice based alcoholic drink from Japan and has an alcohol content of about 15 to 20% alcohol.
<br />I love to make experiments with different flavours and found exactly what I needed – a sake with lychee notes - Hana Lychee Flavored Sake. Go ahead and use normal Sake if you can’t find this one.
<br />Sake is quite low in alcohol so it makes the perfect aperitif for me.
