No knead sourdough bread - shlotzky's copycat recipe

We recently had lunch at Shlotzky's and loved their sourdough bread. I started looking for a recipe as soon as I came home. I adapted a recipe from allrecipes.com. The recipe was nice, but the sourdough flavor was missing, so I used some yogurt instead of milk, allowed some extra rising time and made it. This bread is fabulous, no knead, extremely easy to make, incredibly soft and chewy. I've already made three batches in one week! <br />
