I used to always get this dish at Via Sforza in Connecticut. Its cheap, delicious, and one of the simplest dishes you could possibly make. Just use good quality beef. You can do steps 1 and 2 ahead of time, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge until serving time (the rest of the steps take but a minute).
