Macaroni and cheese with sausage, celery & tomato

My favorite full meal mac & cheese casserole. This recipe is a modified version of Southern Celery Mac N Cheese by AlabamaNaNa. I have taken out the mushrooms and peppers, and added canned tomatoes and Italian sausage.
