Liptauer cheese spread
A traditional Austro-Hungarian appetizer, this cheese spread is spiced with the classic paprika and caraway flavors. Add a pinch of hot paprika for a kick! As written, it makes an excellent topping for crisp crackers or bruschetta; add a bit more sour cream and you get a flavorful dip for crudités.
