We are both lovers of lamb and sweet potatoes, so the combination of the two seemed natural. We won a drawing, and the prize was this powerful package of Savory Choice beef demi glace. We’ve tasted a killer osso bucco with demi glace, so it has the ability to shape a dish. The deep, rich flavor of this pot pie is due to the deep, rich demi glace. The crust was inspired by Simply Recipes, and it features citrus and herbs amongst the flakey layers.
