Key lime curd
This recipe is simply the <a href="https://food52.com/recipes/16407-tartine-bakery-s-lemon-cream">Genius Recipes lemon cream</a> using key lime juice in place of the lemon juice. It pairs particularly well with a slice of toasted <a href="https://food52.com/recipes/35709-coconut-quick-bread">coconut quick bread</a>.
