Believe it or not, I had never tried Chipotle until last year - I know, probably the last person on the planet that hadn't eaten there! But the first time I went, I got the bowl with brown rice, peppers, the chicken, it was amazing and I was hooked. The other night I had really thinly sliced chicken breast and I was making a pot of brown rice, when I searched my pantry, I had a can of black beans, and then I thought I'll make my own Chipotle!
