Honey blossom honey crisp apple tart

Lovely presentation of a pretty traditional apple tart. I used honey crisp apples, hence the name of the pie, but red delicious are fine too, to create the red effect. Be careful not to over steam the apples, otherwise they will turn to mush as you are placing them in the pan.
