This is a recipe that I grew up with, when I was young we lived in a tropical Country where avocados were abundunt, and I remember on the hot sunny days we would find a shade with a bowl of mom's avocado kulfi or ice cream, mom knew it was good for us, we were kids didn't care but loved the flavor and the creaminess from the avocados!
