Grilled sand lobster with citrus

You can make with either Sand lobster or tiger prawns.
<br />Chefs Tips keep two citrus orange (cut) and a dash of relay fresh black pepper powder over the prawns cover and cook for few minute you will get a real good smoked citrus orange flavor

<br />3 tsp Olive oil
<br />1 Clove garlic; crushed
<br />1 tsp chili powder
<br />1 tsp black soy sauce
<br />Salt to taste
<br />5 Jumbo Tiger prawns cleaned
<br />2 tbsp Citrus juice
<br />1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
<br />5 Black olive (Pitted and Halved)
<br />Preparation
<br />Marinate the prawns with salt, garlic, Tomato Ketchup ,chili powder and Soy sauce
<br />Keep for 1-2 hours
<br />Place pan ( tava ) on stove and add olive oil
<br />As soon as the pan gets hot, drop the marinated pieces of prawns on it with olive and cook for 3 minute
<br />Finally pour the citrus juice over the prawn
<br />Garnish with Citrus leaf and serve hot over a pan cake.
