<br />Oysters wrapped in prosciutto and then grilled have always been a party favorite with everyone we have served them to - even a few who thought they did not like oysters. The crispy caramelized prosciutto and the oyster’s meaty mouth feel is pure deliciousness. Excellent right off the grill, and, cold the next day if there are any leftover! <br /> <br />I live a couple miles from Minterbrook Oyster Farm located on a pristine lagoon in the Puget Sound and am so lucky to get the oysters as fresh as they get. When you try this appetizer make sure to find the freshest oysters you can. <br /> <br />
