If you're looking for something new to do with cabbage, look no further! This grilled cabbage recipe is crunchy, tangy, fresh and delicious. We were lucky enough to make this with a green cabbage grown in our backyard and also cilantro and parsley from the yard went into the dressing. Grilled cabbage makes a wonderful side dish to any meal, or could even be the star of the meal itself. The inside leaves of the cabbage get wilted and flavorful while the outside leaves get a beautiful char from the grill that creates an amazing flavor when paired with the slightly spicy dressing.
