My dear friend Amanda and her best friend John absolutely LOVE hot pepper jelly. When I met the both of them I had to admit not ever hearing of such a thing, & they were shocked to say the least! From then on I have had hot pepper jelly in my fridge at all times. My new favorite creation using the HPJ is to make a scrumptious sandwich . It sounds crazy and at first I was skeptical to try it myself, but after months of perfecting this delightful and easy to assemble sandwich, I believe it is finally worth sharing. It is also perfect for creating something out of nothing, Enjoy!
