This is my take on the French Silk Pie. I’m a huge fan of French Silk Chocolate Pies, but sometimes the richness of the chocolate can be a bit overwhelming on its own. The incorporation of the salted caramel balances the soft, delectable pie filling. For this recipe you need some sort of electric mixer and a stove.
