Soup dumplings are a dish I think we can all agree on, are one of the most comforting dishes to eat. While authentic pork soup dumplings will always reign supreme in my book (my recipe for those to be posted soon), I wanted to create my spin on soup dumplings and one that will undoubtedly be met with everyone asking you to steam up another basket. And here's the trick for getting the soup in the dumpling......
