I love pizza night at home, and I'm always on the lookout for creative ways to pile on the greens. When I buy kale, I always find myself with such a large bunch on hand, so this recipe makes use of it in two ways: in a delicious pesto as the base and then in crispy bits on top. Feel free to add any other toppings you like, and if you don't want to make your own dough, ask your local pizzeria -- they'll usually sell you some!
