Chocolate and nuts have a wonderful affinity for each other. This gelato is rich with flavors of amaretto, bits of toasted almond, and dramatic swirls of a coconut milk-based dark chocolate ganache. A few extra yolks enrich its texture, and a touch of good olive oil finishes the effect.
