Crispy heirloom napoleons with lemon-balsamic vinaigrette
I've made this a few times for dinner guests and it has always been a big hit, even though it is fairly simple and rustic. Take advantage of these wonderful tomatoes at the height of their season when they are abundant and full of flavor.
