In my recipe file, I call this "The Cranberry Shock" because of its taste and color WOW factor. I saw it in the LA Times in 2006. It's credited to Damian Windsor at Bin 8945 Wine Bar & Bistro. He calls it Cranberry Delicious, and it is amazingly refreshing. Note: you want 100% cranberry juice, not the typical juice blend you find in supermarkets. Read the label ingredients to be sure. Trader Joe's sells the real thing.
