Inspired from everyone who has ever incorporated clementines or oranges into their baked goods... from Nigella to the sweet little old lady who brought an Orange Sunshine Cake to a church dinner. <br />My recipe also includes a "soak" of Grand Marnier or your favorite orange liqueur... along the lines of a rum Cake soak or Kentuck Buttercake.
