Chocolate gin truffles

These otherwise completely healthy, vegan, gluten-free truffles feature a delicious dark chocolate coating and a strong infusion of Brooklyn Gin. Gin and chocolate are two of my favorite items in the world and this recipe combines them in the most indulgent, delectable way. Feel free to substitute any other spirit, however -- I realize that not everyone is as gin-obsessed as I am.
