Chocolate, coffee and hazelnut cake with cappuccino custard cream

I can’t think of a more Italian flavour for desserts then chocolate, hazelnuts and coffee. I love anything with hazelnuts and the combination with coffee and chocolate are my favourite. This cake is not very sweet and the coffee added makes it a real subtle dessert. I like baking this cake in a tray and plating the dessert in single portions. But it can be made as a cake in layers as well.
