Quiches are one of the easiest things to make and so many different ingredients can be combined to create something truly special for breakfast. However, you can really distinguish your quiche by the taste of its crust. I use chive butter to turn a basic staple quiche into a total hit that supposedly serves eight, but may not make it past two people's plates.
