I make gnocchi with potato, thats the norm, I thought what if I add celery with the potato, I am not a huge celery fan, especially cooked celery I prefer it raw. The gnocchi turned out great, subtle celery flavor and the sauce incorporates the celery leaves and tender parts of the stalk as well as parsley, mint and garlic sauteed in butter and olive oil.
