This soup is the most satisfying, very very flavorful, extremely easy to make and very appealing!I bought this from "Morrisons" almost every week in the UK. The coriander gives it a very earthy taste and the carrot makes it sweet.It is a very nice combination of the two and packed with nutrition.When we moved,I could not find this at the supermarkets here in America and started making it myself.Now its a staple in my household all the year round.
