Banana bread has always been one of my favourite comfort foods, my grandmother used to bake it in huge batches in the spring and freeze it for special occasions throughout the year. <br />Taking her recipe and making a few adjustments by using sour cream and first caramelizing the bananas yields a flavourful and fluffy banana bread.
