This is a recipe I created using leftover jumbalaya. I decided to stuff the poblano peppers with my mouthwatering recipe for jumbalaya, top the jumbalaya with a little cheese and serve it with maranara sauce. I always try to add a little fusion in my recipes. Hope you like it!
