Here's a great way to add a bit of interest to broccoli rabe for an uncomplicated side dish. If you like Worcestershire sauce, you will love these pine nuts (which, not surprisingly, are great on salads or when combined with roasted nuts for a slightly different pre-party nibble). If you don't have a Meyer lemon, any fresh lemon juice will do . . . . as will champagne or white wine vinegar. Squeeze the lemon juice on right before serving, to keep the rabe a brilliant green. Enjoy!! ;o)
