This is an easy and delicious recipe for Danish Pastries which I make with Ricotta, cream cheese and slices of Slow Roasted Quince. <br /> <br /> When fresh Quince is not in season, you can make these Danish Pies with 3-4 slices of Quince Paste “Membrillo”. Slices of roasted or poached pears will be equally delicious with the cheese filling. <br />These individual pies are just perfect for breakfast or a light dessert after a filling Thanksgiving meal. <br />
