The flavour of this dish is just extremely amazing. You can prepare pork shoulder the same way. We love that you can prepare it in advance, and don't worry about it for 4 hours. The meat just falls off the bone, because the meat becomes soft, tender and moist. It goes great with braised carrots, cooked spelt, bread stuffing. You have to make this for your family, they will love you forever. Unbelievably delicious!
