Blueberry tart in lemon shortbread pastry

For my taste, lemon is a great complement to blueberries, so I play with this flavor combination a lot. Blueberries are the state fruit of New Jersey, my adopted home. And I love them, so I use them in lots of untraditional ways. This is a great make-ahead dessert for a summer party.
