• Black radish pizza with beetroot juice

The pizza toppings are not only tomato sauce, sausage, cheese, pepper. You can use whatever you want. Don't forget that pizza may be a national dish of Italy, but Italy has no national pizza. So every pizza we make is tasted with the different ingredients we use in it. Since my son is a vegetarian, I cooked two pizzas, one with bacon and one without bacon. I photographed both of them.
