No joke, this is a serious staple in our house specifically for cleaning out the fridge. Basically, whether we're scraping the bottom of the barrel for ingredients or we have a pile of stuff about to go off, we make this for dinner. <br /> <br />It's so fast, only dirties a few dishes, and (depending on what's in your fridge) is chock full of vegetables so it's definitely a feel good dish.
