Banana buckwheat loaf
This is my variation on an old favorite: banana bread. I have tweaked a basic recipe by adding some buckwheat flour, using both butter and walnut oil, and boosting the banana flavor with some banana liqueur. This loaf is moist and flavorful, with a little added heft from the buckwheat flour. It's almost "the best-ever banana loaf", in my humble opinion.
