Last weekend I bought wonderful apricots at a local orchard. I wanted to do something special yet not overly complicated with them. - The Honey Parfait is one of my staples to go with warm apple pie or pear cake. I often make it on short notice when I forgot to put the ice-cream maker bowl in the freezer.
