Here's an old Southern recipe for cucumber sauce made with vinegar and lots of onions and mustard seed. It's a great old-time addition to a burger, as a dip, or on a sandwich. The uncooked ketchup stores well in the refrigerator and is a good way to put those giant garden cucumbers to good use.
